XGPRINT / YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

This notice explains how XGPRINT handles personal information when you browse our online clothing store, create an account, place an order or contact our team.

Effective date: September 8, 2026 · Last updated: September 8, 2026

1. Information we collect

Information depends on how you use the store. You may provide your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, account details, order selections, messages and product reviews. Account and order records may include your registration date, purchase history and membership status.

Our website and service providers also process technical information needed to operate the store, such as IP addresses, browser and device details, request logs, session identifiers and referral information. If you choose an optional design service or send us files, we also receive the text, images and instructions you submit.

Please avoid sending payment card details, account passwords or sensitive documents through email or WhatsApp.

2. How we use information

  • To manage accounts and sign-in, process orders, arrange delivery and provide order updates.
  • To answer questions, handle support requests and manage returns or refunds where applicable.
  • To maintain carts and checkout sessions, understand order referrals and improve the shopping experience.
  • To protect the store and customers, investigate fraud or misuse, resolve disputes and maintain records required for our operations.
  • To send optional marketing messages if you have chosen to receive them. Order and account messages are separate from marketing.

3. Payments

Payment options displayed at checkout are provided through payment services, including PayPal and its supported payment methods. Those providers process payment credentials under their own privacy notices. XGPRINT receives the information needed to manage the transaction, such as its status, transaction reference and limited payment-method details. Complete card numbers and card security codes are not requested in our support channels.

4. Who receives information

Information needed for a service may be shared with providers that help operate the website, host data, process payments, fulfil and deliver orders, send messages, prevent fraud or provide customer support. Delivery and fulfilment partners receive relevant order and shipping details. We may also disclose information to respond to a valid legal request, protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

If you contact us through WhatsApp or follow a link to another service, that service also handles information under its own terms and privacy notice. We do not control those services.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The store uses cookies or similar storage for functions such as keeping items in your cart, remembering a session and maintaining account sign-in. WooCommerce also uses referral and session information for order attribution. Payment providers may use their own technology for payment functionality and fraud prevention.

You can manage cookies in your browser, clear stored site data or block selected cookies. Blocking essential storage can affect cart, account and checkout functions. Our cookie practices should be read together with the choices shown by your browser and any consent controls presented on the site.

6. Retention and protection

We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected and for relevant operational, accounting, dispute-resolution or legal requirements. Retention varies with the type of record; deleting an account does not necessarily remove records we need to keep about a completed order.

We use measures intended to protect personal information and restrict access. No website, storage system or transmission method is completely risk-free.

7. International processing

Our store and service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy protections may differ between those countries. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards are required for international transfers.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You can update available account details through your account and contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have additional rights, such as receiving a copy of information, objecting to or limiting particular uses, withdrawing consent or raising a concern with a privacy authority.

Send requests through the contact page below and identify the account or order concerned. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained or a request may be limited by applicable requirements. We respond in line with the requirements that apply to the request.

If you receive optional marketing email, use its unsubscribe option or contact us. Essential account, order and support messages may still be sent.

9. Children

The store is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without the appropriate involvement of a parent or guardian, contact us so we can investigate.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our store and practices change. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised date. Where additional notice is required, we will provide it.
