What is print-on-demand?
Print-on-demand means a product is created after an order is placed instead of being produced in a large batch ahead of time. This lets us offer more designs while reducing excess inventory.
Can I request a custom design?
Custom requests are part of the XGPrint roadmap. Use the contact page to tell us what you want to make, and we will let you know what is possible for the current collection.
How long does an order take?
Production and delivery estimates will be shown on each product page before checkout. Because products are made to order, production time is separate from shipping time.
What payment methods will be available?
We are preparing PayPal and additional card payment options for the US storefront. Payment methods shown at checkout will reflect the options currently available for your order and location.
Where can I ask about an order?
A monitored support email and contact form will be published before checkout goes live. Order confirmations will include the correct support channel once the store starts accepting orders.
